Quick Face recognition and Attendance App

Employees can use an android tablet/mobile fixed in the office or can use their own mobiles to register their attendance in the mobile app.  The app geo-tags the location and allows for the user to register the attendance.

There are three types of Check-In and Check-out that can be configured for different types of Users.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out  in  defined Office Zones within specified radius of a location
  2. Remote Check-In and Check-Out for Remote Location Workers
  3. Manual Check-In or Check-Out, when Check-In and Check-Out is missed in Office Zones or Remote Location

Devices Used for Check-In and Check-Out can be any of the following

  1. Mobiles of the Users
  2. Fixed Tablets or mobile devices installed in Office Entry/Exit Location

The system also provides a mechanism to alert users when duration after Check-In exceeds a certain duration and Check-Out is yet to be performed.

For the human resource managers, the system provides comprehensive reporting on the exceptions in duration and locations of Check In and Check Out.
